A Graphic Designer (Production-Based, Brand-Loving, Slightly Strange)




Location: Mostly remote (If you’re in Saskatoon and can join for bigger check-ins that’s a bonus - but not required to apply)
Position: Full-time
Collaboration Overlap: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM CST, with 8-hour days.
Close Date: November.15th.2025
Pay: Negotiable based on your skills, experience, and how (+ where) you like to work.
ABOUT THE GIG
We’re a small, design-obsessed crew that helps good businesses become great brands.
We also believe the best creative work doesn’t come from bloated teams and endless meetings. It comes from trust, clarity, a bit of optimism, and getting our hands dirty. That’s why we’re small by design. We blend the best of both worlds: the soul of a freelancer without the unpredictability, & the dependability of a big agency without the bloat.
We’re looking for a production-savvy designer who can make ideas real and keep them consistent, polished, and full of life. The role is production-based (around 60%), but you’ll still get your hands dirty with brand and illustration work (roughly 20% each). You’ll take strategy, brand guides, and creative direction, then turn them into the real stuff that makes a brand hum: social campaigns, ads, decks, packaging, websites, signage, merch, and everything in between.
We’re a flat team with no middle layers or empty titles. Everyone leads certain pieces, everyone chips in on production, and sometimes you’ll see one of our partners deep in a Figma file knocking out assets beside you. You’ll also have a seat at the table for concepting, direction, and visual storytelling. Got an idea for how something could hit harder, move smoother, or stand out more? Say it. We listen. We don’t silo designers, we trust them.
We’ll be honest… the speed you can work at really matters too. We move fast, and you’ll need to keep up. We don’t mean rushed or careless, just confident, efficient, and able to make solid design decisions without a ton of hand-holding.
